Raising a Stash by Growing a Tache

Local man / company (name) is supporting the Everyman Male Cancer Campaign in a slightly different way by taking part in TacheBack a charity fundraiser that sees men across the UK getting sponsored for growing a moustache throughout September to raise money for male cancer research.

Backed by Everymans Patron, Dermot OLeary, TacheBack aims to restore the tache to its rightful position as a symbol of a real man and also to raise over 100,000 for research into testicular and prostate cancer.

(Name), said, A lot of men secretly wonder what they might look like with a tache, but dont have the guts to actually go for it. Id encourage any other men thinking about it to definitely take part. TacheBack provides the perfect excuse for finding out which style suits you classic handlebar, wild west, walrus or Poirot!

When asked his feelings about taches Dermot commented, Im a big fan of the humble moustache and admire a man who has the guts to let his facial follicles run free. Thats why Im encouraging all men over the age of puberty with the ability to grow facial hair to take part in TacheBack this year.

The actor and author Charlie Higson has also pledged to join TacheBack and in an exclusive interview in Septembers GQ magazine revealed his plans to grow a moustache for TacheBack.

Its easy to take part. All men need to do is register through the website www.tacheback.com, get all their mates to sponsor them and simply not shave their upper lip throughout September. A good tache can be the sign of a real man, a sophisticated gentleman in society, a porn star, a ladies man or even a 70s throw back. Whatever look you go for, its certainly a fun and simple way to raise a lot of money for a good cause.

The Institute of Cancer Research set up the Everyman Campaign in 1997 specifically to raise awareness of, and funds for research into, prostate and testicular cancer. All the money raised by TacheBack will go directly towards supporting research at the Everyman Centre, the only research centre dedicated to male cancer in Europe.
