What are we thinking of the single choice?

It was the best choice in my opion, the others are "too complex" or too calm for the radio imho. "Out of our hands" is straight in yer face
(oops, I almost sound like the NME...sorry) and very catchy.

Definite best choice for me, I was relistening to the 4 songs off the new album we have so far and I still think Out Of Our Hands is the best choice.
It's the most radio friendly and would have a good chance of getting some daytime play and that sells albums!

Well, according to Gemma the singles havent been 100% decided upon yet and have to remixed and edited etc.....She did also say that the promos for the album
are only just being done up
Interestingly she did say there arent too many songs which could be 'singles' on the new record So Id wait and see if we get any official comms about the single and album release dates |

Even if my fave is "home", this choice is great!! because it's stunning!!
Maybe the single mix will be different? |

I like the fact its abbreviated to OOOH
The solo version on Jonesys Jukebox sounded mint - I only just listened to that show - he is an awful presenter.... |

I like the fact his show has more of 'living room' feel to it. I also liked that version of OOOH at a time when I was on the fence about the (recorded
version of the) song. Wondering about the extra guitar on Evening Sun as well, because I thought that was a nice version of a song I should be bored of long
ago!

I haven't been able to extract those Jonesys Jukebox files yet - because they appear to be password protected...

I like the presenter, too. You can hear, that he's english...a bit like one of the Gallagher brothers, always on the verge of being pissed off (or so it
seems) and the total opposite of a happily smooth host who talks Ballack bollocks most of the time (Jo
f***** Whiley...). I mean, he's an ex punk band musician (Sex Pistols, Iggy Pop), not the average arse kissing presenter really, so I wouldn't expect
"manners".

apparently the other guitar on 'Evening Sun' was played by Steve Jones

and you thought he was a bad presenter?? | ||

more believable than Sid Vicious playing it, if you can ignore the fact that he's dead anyway

I didn't like the presenter at all myself, slimly twat.......reminded me of Howard Stern in ways, not a good thing in my eyes.

slimly? is that a word? do you have a thing against skinny people? I'm lost.
I see where you're going with the Howard Stern thing, but there's a difference between mentioning Jenna Haze, and (probably) having her on your show. We'll have to start comparing Hendrik with Howard next, he loves drawing our attention to the similarity in sound between the names of Gemma and Jenna

I spelled it incorrectly it but you know what I mean, to me he just came across as sleazy, that's all.

what did you find sleazy? I can't think of anything other than maybe the Jenna Haze thing, which is probably mildly funny to most people when they first
hear it
