Hi to one and all,
With the closure of the main site and the forum shutting down soon I'm just wondering would there be people interested in maybe some kind of email group that we could mail each other news that we have relevant to Gemma Hayes.
My aim is not to start any discussion threads through these emails that people would send to the group nor to try recruit people into any kind of promotion campaign (as for I am not interested in such things, neither having the time nor the will), just simply to share any news that one might encounter that we would previously have posted here on the site.
I have Twitter and Facebook accounts but am not really bothering with either at all to be honest and will continue to be old fashioned for now and try stick with my trusty email for keeping in touch with people.
I'm more than happy to pass on any info/news that I occasionally encounter (depending on how active Gemma is with tours/instores/albums/singles etc it would be on average every 3 months or so and usually it's from various radio stations or Hotpress in Ireland) so if any one wants to forward me their email address for this purpose please do.
Hopefully you can work my email address out (trying to avoid the spamming bots), any problems please pm me your email address through the forum but if you can I would prefer to receive emails.
It's an (at)hotmail(dot)com email address and the first part before the (at) is davidbutler360
Finally, if you are someone from the forum who I may already have an email address for (about 5-10 people off hand and I'm sure you know who you are), please email me again to confirm your address or an alternative address if would like to part of any mail outs that go around as I certainly will not be mailing anyone without their prior pernission. There's enough bloody spam in this world!
